South Harrow Circular
Monday - weekly 
Start time 10:30 - Duration approx. 60 mins
Meet at South Harrow Tube Station, Ticket Hall
Bus 114, 140, 258, H9, H10, H12
Roxeth Recreation Park, South Hill Avenue and surrounding areas. Route varies and includes rough ground and steep gradients

Harrow Recreation Walkers Beginners Walk
Tuesday - weekly
Start time 10:30 - Duration approx. 30 mins
Meet at Hindes Road entrance to Harrow Recreation Ground
Bus H14 directly or any bus stopping at Harrow Bus Station (meeting point 5 min walk)
Beginners' walk for new walkers or those less able. Very flat, footpaths and the opportunity to take shorter routes through the park. Route includes benches, a water fountain and toilet.

Belmont Surgery Walk
Tuesday - weekly
Start time 10:30 - Duration approx. 45 mins
Meet outside the Belmont Health Centre, 516 Kenton Lane, Harrow, HA3 7LT
Bus Stop BD, Routes 186 & H18 
A gentle, friendly walk along the Belmont Trial leading to Byron Park (north of Harrow Leisure Centre) and back to Belmont Health Centre.

Harrow Three Parks Walk
Tuesday - weekly
Start time 14:00 - Duration approx. 75 mins
Meet at Harrow-on-the-Hill Tube Station (Lowlands Road side)
Bus 223, 340, H9, H10, H11, H17, H18, H19
Harrow-on-the-Hill, West Harrow Park and Harrow Recreation Ground and roads (on pavements) in between. Usually with a steep incline at the start but otherwise generally flat, even ground.

Northwick Park Wanderers
Wednesday - weekly
Start time 10:30 - Duration approx. 60 mins
Meet at Northwick Park Tube Station (inside the ticket hall)
Bus 186, 223, H9, H10, H14
Some rough ground with occasional gradients. Route varies

Pinner Beginner's Walk 
Thursday - weekly 

Start time 10:00 - Duration approx. 30 mins
Meet at "The Daisy's in the Park Cafe" at West House, in Pinner Memorial Park
Bus 183, H11, H12, H13
A short, slower paced walk around Pinner Memorial Park. Generally flat with gentle gradients. Walking on paths and pavements and occasionally across grassy areas.

Pinner Circular Walk(s)
Thursday - weekly
Start time 10:00 - Duration approx. 60-75 mins
Meet at "The Daisy's in the Park Cafe" at West House, in Pinner Memorial Park
Bus 183, H11, H12, H13
Various routes around Pinner. Generally flat paths and pavements with occasional gradients. Longer walks on the 1st and 3rd Thursday in the month.

North Harrow Circular Walk
Friday - weekly
Start time 11:00 - Duration approx. 75 mins
Meet at North Harrow Tube Station (outside the station)
Bus 183, H9, H10, H18, H19
Woodlands Open Space, Wakehams Hill, Pinner Park Farm and Headstone recreation ground. Steep gradients and stiles. Pavements, paths and footpaths which can be muddy after rain.

Rayners Lane Ramblers
Saturday - weekly
Start time 10:00 - Duration approx. 60 mins
Meet at Rayners Lane Tube Station (down the road - heading towards High Worple - outside the cafe)
Bus 398, H9, H10, H12
Roxbourne Park and associated recreation areas. Pavements, paths, footpaths and grass. Can be muddy, especially after rain.

Chandos Ramblers
Saturday - weekly
Start time 09:00 - Duration approx. 30 mins
Meet at Chandos Recreation Ground Gym area.
Walk through Chandos Recreation Ground and Canons Park
Nearest Tube: Canons Park
Bus 288 to Camrose Avenue (Merlin Crescent or Bacon Road)
Easy terrain using pavements, paths, footpaths and grass.
Can be muddy, especially after rain.

West Harrow Ramblers
Sunday- weekly
Start time 09:30 - Duration approx. 30 mins
Meet near the cricket ground (along the central path and turn left, if coming from West Harrow underground or turn right, if coming from the Shaftesbury Avenue entrance)
Nearest Tube: West Harrow
Bus 114 to Whitmore Road (5 Min walk), 140 to Whitmore Road or Shaftesbury Avenue (5 Min walk)
Easy terrain using pavements, paths, footpaths and grass. 
Can be muddy, especially after rain.

Hatch End and Grim's Dyke Circular Walk
N.B. This walk is NOT delivered as part of the Walking for Health (WfH) programme
Saturday - 1st Saturday each month, all year round
Start time 11:00 - Duration approx. 120 - 150 mins including an extended rest stop at the scenic overlook area, Old Redding
Meet at 
 the back of the Harrow Arts Centre in Hatch End (round the back of the Elliot Hall Health Centre), off the Uxbridge Road. 
Bus H12, H14
Shaftesbury recreation ground, footpaths* (part of the London Loop) around and across Pinner Hill Farm, Little Oxhey Lane, Carpenders Park, Grim's Dyke Golf course, Old Redding woods and scenic overlook. Pavements, paths, footpaths and grass. Can be muddy, especially after rain.
* The route can vary depending on the weather conditions so make sure you are at the start of the walk in plenty of time to start walking at 11am, prompt. Otherwise you may miss us!!

The Belmont Rattler
Saturday - 2nd Saturday each month APRIL to OCTOBER ONLY
Start time 14:00 - Duration approx. 180 mins including an extended rest stop in Stanmore
Meet at Harrow and Wealdstone Station (Wealdstone side)
Bus 140, 182, 186, 258, 340, H9, H10 (or you can catch the bus back from Stanmore, 142, 340, H12)
Byron Park, former Belmont Rattler route via former railway track, Stanmore Golf course. Pavements, paths, footpaths and grass. Can be muddy, especially after rain.
